Plotting artefacts for some orbit files #165

Some orbit files have spurious lines or other problems. This is either in the data or in the plotting tool hirs_orbit_map. Some examples:

Looking at another one (FIDUCEO_FCDR_L1C_HIRS2_noaa06_19791231233351_19800101002551_easy_v0.7_fv0.4), I suspect this is caused by gaps in the data. We're meant to fill those gaps (see #121) so that should eventually fix it if this hypothesis is correct.
