add_offset should be to start of orbit #323

I'm currently applying the line ds = common.time_epoch_to(ds, self.epoch) before I call fragmentate. Therefore, the add_offset does not correspond to the start of the orbit, but to wherever I started processing. It would be better if corresponded to the start of the orbit.
