Stitch some satellites by descending node instead #328

Currently, I am stitching all satellite orbits by ascending node at all times.

AVHRR and microwave are stitching the following satellites by descending node instead (list from @jmittaz via @ihansuhh):

noaa-6
noaa-8
noaa-10
noaa-12
noaa-15
noaa-17
metop-a
metop-b

HIRS should do the same for consistency reasons.
