It was still correct in v0.8pre2_no_harm, see

To debug this, look in

https://github.com/FIDUCEO/FCDR_HIRS/blob/9b7bd632defa9b5feb169a0f8c1997329879dc9f/FCDR_HIRS/processing/generate_fcdr.py#L773

with a breakpoint and inspect the time at that point. Use piece_easy.to_netcdf(...) interactively from within the debugger (after calling interact) and compare. If it's OK within the peace_easy.to_netcdf(...) then there is a problem in the interaction with FCDRTools.
