Improve propagation through SRF integral #56

In #55 I (will) replace the SRF integral by a band-correction estimate derived from the SRF lookup table. For the final FCDR, need to put back the full SRF integral and propagate correctly. Emma has a document describing how this propagation may work.

I may end up sticking with band correction estimate after all.
