Using IPFS as buffer #7

Currently, onramp runs a temp server as the buffer to store the client's data before sending it to SP. It is not realistic and brings an infra burden to the operator. We should consider use IPFS as buffer to store CAR before making deals.

Can you share more of your thoughts on how this would look? Would there be a server running somewhere by each user or the host for ipfs? Could the ipfs server be hosted in the web browser?
