This dataset has previously been partially stored on the Filecoin network, so there are several reasons to consider storing it, each with its own motivation and technical preparation requirements:
1. The version is updated from AV1 to AV2, which has richer "Argoverse 2 map change data set", "Argoverse 2 LiDAR data set", "Argoverse 2 motion prediction data set" and Argoverse 2 sensor data set
Data redundancy: In order to increase data redundancy and reliability, it may be necessary to store data sets multiple times on different storage providers (SPs). This distribution prevents data loss due to the failure or service interruption of any single SP.
3, the data distribution is more reasonable, we plan to store this data set to China, Singapore and other Asian regions
