MapTab reorganization for future features. #34

For now icons and marks can be drawn on the map without regard to map scale and map movement.

The player icon scales the way it does on purpose. That way it's always visible no matter of your zoom level and it doesn't cover too much of your screen when you zoom in. Ideally most of the map icons would be like that, but unfortunately I don't have svg versions of the maps.
