Please add here any features or improvements we have left out of version v1.0.1 due to F2F deadline, before we forget them.

[x] Block background when the wait modal is showed. ATM user can click stuff on the background when waiting.
[ ] Every update of the workbench table, a 'Cohort counts' appears twice, investigate
[ ] Docker to output logs

[ ] CodeWas plot still fails
[x] Ports are supposed to be agreed with sandbox team
[x] Talk to SB team, pipes to show the queued jobs, remove old COViewer, remove beta from CO2
[ ] Catch possible errors when running Atlas cohort
[ ] Inform user that runnnin cohort previously in Atlas makes things faster? or even tell Atlas to generate cohort throw the webAPI
