I collected from the lab data a list of all the FGIDs that had high levels of auto antibodies. I wanted to see which autoimmune diseases they overlapped. So in CohortOperations I loaded:
the list of IDs for Auto antibodies
the AUTOIMMUNE endpoint cases
SLE_FG endpoint cases
K11_IBD_STRICT cases
I think used the "Cohorts Overlap" and pressed "Run Study"
it wasn't immediately obvious to me that I should push OpenViewer. When I did, I thought it had failed because when you first open it, it is blank until you select cohortOverlaps. I think it would be good if it defaulted to being open to that tab.
The aliases (or long names) also need to be added here as it is too confusing to try to figure out which one is each cohort by clicking back and forth to the Cohort Definition tab:
