Endpoints to CDM script from AtlasDevelopment should be part of the ETL workflow that adds cohort and cohort definition.

Minor changes to bq_tables_export.sh the way in which the bq tables are exported.

Cohort table is bigger now and will need processed by bq_large_tables_export.sh
Make sure 40 OMOP tables and 32 Achilles tables names are covered
