Liftover step now adds an additional column liftover_info which shows if any action was made to make the lifted over variant to match the reference genome. Status messages can include ReverseComplementedAlleles and SwappedAlleles. A dot (.) means no additional actions taken.
Also the liftover workflow is now also available as a separate wdl.
Switched from UCSC liftover to Picard liftover.
