Thank you for publishing the meta-analysis pipeline for Finngen. How should it be cited?

Hi,

We don’t have any requirements for citations . However, if you are mentioning the pipeline in the text, you could add “… distributed by the FinnGen project (ref)”, where ref is our FinnGen flagship paper as linked below. Otherwise you could have an acknowledgment thanking FinnGen project for releasing the pipeline.
