WDL documentation #122

https://github.com/FINNGEN/autoreporting/#5-wdl-pipeline mentions autoreporting_partially_serialized.wdl, but the wdl folder has these files: 

autoreporting.wdl                          
report_serial.wdl
autoreporting_serial_r4.json
autoreporting_serial_r5.json
autoreporting_completely_parallel_r4.json  
autoreporting_completely_parallel_r5.json

Would be great to have a pointer on which wdl and json files to use.

... or maybe this is tackled already in one of the branches.

Good point, I renamed the file into report_serial.wdl. I'll update the documentation.
