Organized the credible and ld grouping around fetching LD data per group, instead of precomputing. This pretty much removes the problems related to running autoreporting on results with a lot of significant groups, be it LD or credible set grouping.
Also added tests for e.g. static and dynamic r2 thresholds, and credible and ld grouping, so regressions should be found out.
