quantitative region fails #296

This has been fixed by adding the missing columns and reindexing. There is a new problem that the conditional files are missing for quantitative statistics

gsutil ls gs://r10-data/conditional_analysis/release/regenie_outputs/*conditional

but it is showing up in the logs

gs://r10-data/conditional_analysis/release/logs/finngen_R10_HEIGHTIRN*

ok need to ask @piotor87 so copy the quant conditionals in

but that is unrelated to this issue so this can be closed!
