mega-spark-diff-parent not published in maven #83

Since mega-spark-diff-parent isn't published in maven, importing as a library is not working.

Thank you for pointing out this issue. We missed publishing the parent after moving to a multi module project. Please try again now as we have fixed the issue and published the mega-spark-diff-parent.
