Show all pit scouting strengths/weaknesses on main team profile page #164

I've seen teams that have completely different strengths/weaknesses listed on different pit scout datas -- it should list them all instead of just the most recent one

for example, http://frcscout.com/team/1983/pit/ (ahem)

(although, maybe it should only show comments from the current location? teams might change up their robot a lot in between competitions.)
