How to get the sourse code of Driver Station ? I want to learn something about them.

The driver station source code is proprietary. However, I have successfully reverse engineered various versions, and an older one (v3.7) resides in the 2017-18 OpenRC repository: https://github.com/OpenFTC/OpenRC_2017-18
