v5.4 re-introduces 64-bit support? #200

Why does v5.4 re-introduce 64-bit support? Doesn't 64-bit break Vuforia/UVC support? (hence why it was reverted in v5.3)

Bugs were fixed in v5.4 that, as testing demonstrated, resolved the issues.
