Not enough Alliance members error #39

When selecting alliances for 3v3 and there are not enough teams for all alliances to have 3 teams, the program throws a SQL error when you confirm finishing alliance selection: "MATCHES.B3Robot may not be NULL"

Matches involving the alliance in question do not post to the DB, therefore also not available in the match selection list.
