Voyager: Current match number improvements #220

  1. Turn it into a reusable Svelte component inside src/lib, so it can be used both in the match scouting dashboard and the lead sync pages
  2. Restyle it to use buttons with a + and - instead of the text increase and decrease, and make the number an editable field so that someone can manually type in a number.
