(wrong branch name) Browsing data by event, with TSPS values #233

Didn't realize I had been working in a branch with the wrong name until the very last minute 😆
Uses DB caching of 300 seconds to reduce load on the DB (still doing a bunch of linear algebra per page load)
Added a link to the "View data" option of the 'Change organization' page
