Add match/pit form layout in db export #269

Closes #261

New db_export.zip includes a newly updated pull from prod database from October 21, 2024.

To test: After opening this branch in dev container, run the "Dev Containers: Rebuild Container" command and after it's done, verify that the frc102 2023-2024 layouts have been correctly imported.
