list of parameters used in backend and frontend.

Backend: used in StorageController, to decide which parameters to save to disk, ie, if intrinsic parameters are not selected on frontend, and uploaded file includes intrinsic parameters, these parameters are not saved to disk or plot

Frontend: used in Upload and Visualise, to display lists of parameters for plotting, sorted into intrinsic/extrinsic/other categories
