Add Docker badges #9

Leftover from #4 - to be fixed in next release cycle. (7.5)

@chicco785 to solve the "issue" of linking docker, we may add the request to use a badge to link with the official image.

Also relates and probably fixes #1

@1605200517 - To discuss: possibly, the Docker image download count is an indication good enough.

This will be blocked until:

All missing Webhooks are added to master repos.
Missing mirror repos are created under https://github.com/Fiware-GEs
Docker Hub images are updated and maintained using a standardized naming convention
