Add CI/CD for nightly builds #1041

This adds a Github CI/CD pipeline to enable builds after each commit.

nintendont is basically done and the main devs left years ago there wont be any nightly builds anytime soon, i can only fix easy stuff so unless some new major dev comes over with good pull requests, there wont be updates sadly.

@carnage702 thank your for your reply, I will go ahead and close this PR.

When you have time can you check my other two PR's?

One will add a Table of Contents with a click able index I think it's handy for users that visit the Github page.

The second one is adding some reports to open an issue with an easier format.
