I notice the wiimote-nunchuck mapping "2"+"+" was empty. So I jumped in and added this mapping which is very convenient for MariokartDD as it mimic the Nunchucks controls of MariokartWii.
I think it is a good thing to add as a simple search on how to change Nintendont Nunchuks controls yield a lot of result of people frustrated that MariokartDD is unplayable with current mappings.
MarioKartDD is the second best selling GC game, the first one being Smash. And as MariokartDD can support multiplayer up to 16 players, it is a good thing to have Nunchuks support, it will allow people to reuse their Wiimotes for such a setup instead of buying new GC controllers.
