I did some testing, and v6.487 (the build that was compiled on my 21st birthday) was the last build that worked properly, although I'm not sure it'd work well with BBA emulation to play Phantasy Star Online on custom servers.
Edit: Nevermind, games randomly crash less often, but they still randomly crash
Exactly what the title says. BBA emulation seems to be conflicting with RiiConnect24, rendering any Gamecube game that doesn't fit entirely within the Gamecube's RAM unplayable in the most recent build of Nintendont. Nintendont works just fine without RiiConnect24, it only crashes if RiiConnect24 is active.
The problem is that I need BBA emulation, a stable Nintendont experience, and RiiConnect24 all at once, which your implementation of BBA emulation makes impossible.
