Is it possible to adjust the sensitivity of a controller? #1207

Hi, on Nintendont for wii.

Is there any way I would be able to plug in a gamecube controller and reduce the sensitivity of a controller by 0.78?

I have found some information online about configuration files, by they seem to be for wii U, not for Wii, and also I have not been able to find some wiki/tutorial to do it.
