Nintendont issue? #1233

Hey.. Been goggling around for solutions to my issue.. Which is..

When I start a gc game through Nintendont i get the message Check for multi game and region failed!

When I go through wiiflow or USB loader gx I get stuck in the initializing virtual memory message..

I've tried the memory card settings.. Having it set to on multi and in nintendont I have virtual memory card set to on.

I've tried the isos in Dolphin on my pc..they all work.

I have my apps on a SD card and the games on a USB.

Both wiiflow and USB loader recognize my folders with the games. I have the correct path set.

I've tried a wii game (wbfs) which works fine.

Where lies the problem?? Thx

Just because am iso works on dolphin doesnt mean it will work on nintendont, nintendont is much morepicky with them

First get a full 1.35gb iso with md5 matching Redump.org to make sure you have a good iso Also what are you using as usb? an usb stick? an hdd? nintendont doesnt like usb sticks much and again is much more picky than wbfs games being used.

Thx.. I've established that Nintendont didn't like my USB stick 😅 I tried having a gc game in my SD card instead and it worked without issues.

But my wii games work with the USB stick though.

So I guess I should have an external hdd instead.. If I want to run my GC games from it.

Would this one work you think?

no idea as long its fat32 formated it should work you can also just buy a big sd card, gc games are preety small so a big sd card does wonders imo, i just use sd card for gc games its simpler imo.
