Confusion about Nintendont Versions #975

Hello I have looked to see if there were any recent releases of nintendont since I use it all the time however the loader.dol that this site has for download is of version 4.431 and not 5.486 and I am curious as to why that is?

the latest dol is always the latest it will not update your xml, but once you start nintendont in the wii opr wiiu your xml gets automaticaly updated to 498.
