When Using Nintendont With My Gamecube Controller It Dont Let Me Use The Down Input On The Controller Stick Also Using A Gamecube Revision Wii And I Know Its Nintendont Because It Dont Do It On CIOS Or MIOS

First what controller are you using?

wiimote+classic controller? gamecube controller? Hid controller?

are you using a wii with gc ports? a wii or wiiu with the usb wiiu gc adapter? third party adapter? official gc controller or generic/third party/fake brand one?

A wii with gc ports and for a mem card im using a real mem card and a gc bios and a controller made by Yobo Gameware

third party controllers are never guaranteed to work at all, its a gamble.

your only option to make a 3rd party gc controller work is to activate native controller option on the settings to on, this way you will loose the exit button from the gc controller combo but your 3rd party gc controller should work.
