BIOS bad dump #2

Hi, I've tryied your tool on a Wii (booted via Homebrew Channel). I don't have any GBA cartidges, just the GBA and I've tryied to dump BIOS. It makes the file but it's only a bunch of "08 04 00 00" seen via an Hex Editor. Same result with a GBA SP. Must I need a GBA cartidge inserted? Could be a cable problem (it's not original, but it worked perfectly on my old GC years ago). I'll try with GC (ViperGC+SDLoader) and I'll inform you. Thanks.

not original instantly makes me think thats the fault, I didnt have any fail with it so far on gc and wii, always gives me a proper file from both sp and game boy player...

Tested on modded GC (with ViperGC + Cobra 2.1 + SDLoader) and the BIOSes was dumped perfectly! Maybe I have some bad MIOS on my Wii that compromise the dump. I'll investigate, thanks! :D

it shouldnt have modified it, my guess is since its a fake cable that the timings differ in wii mode with it compared to a official cable which probably works with all the different speeds, I remember people having similar issues with nintendont and the cable, after they bought a official one it was working fine so its probably related.

I think the same. I'll try with an original GBA Link Cable if I'll find one. Thank you for your great work! :D
