Move (don't hide) buttons when zooming the banner.

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
Currently : When you click on the small banner to zoom it to full screen the 
buttons for settings, favorites, deletion, and parental lock are hidden.
Proposed : I think they could fit well somewhere near the bottom of the screen 
along with the "play" and "back" buttons. (The "Black Wii" and "White Wii" 
themes give a good example for their placement since the "play" and "back" 
buttons don't actually move when zooming the banner.)

Since some current themes count on the buttons being hidden, they could still 
be hidden by non-default themes when nothing is specified in the INI.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Not have to unzoom the banner to change settings.
