No direct game loading - 'Plugins' button in settings menu crashes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launching a game through wiiflow plugins section
2. Pressing the 'Plugins' button in  settings menu
3.

What is the expected output? What happend instead?

Normally an emulator game would start-up directly But instead wiiflow direct me 
to the emulators main page. Also the 'home button menu' isnt costumized at all 
like the ones I see on test videos.
Also when press the 'Plugins' button in  settings menu wiiflow usually crashes 
or freezes and seldom shows the selection of plugins that normally would have

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?

Wiiflow_Beta_4.0.3_r752

d2x v-8 final

Please provide any additional information below.

All plugins and wiiflow folders are in SD card

.I tried deleting the emulators from apps folder but there was no change.
.I also tried having only one plugin in sd but therre was no change
.fceugx plugin doesnt seem to be working at all

Still havent found a solution.

Note: I also tried a clean install of wiiflow.

Plugins seem to be working fine with wiiflow (not  mod) 4.0.2

I even tried a clean install of wiiflow 4.0.2 and the replace files in 
sd:\apps\wiiflow with wiiflow mod r752 except wiiflow.ini .

It worked for a moment but then crashed again.
