Missing Channels [nandflow] #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load wiiflow into nand flow.
2. Browse channels.

What is the expected output? What happend instead?
Some channels are missing.

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?
wiiflow 4.0.2 IOS58 d2x r8 final 56/57

Please provide any additional information below.
Missing channels:
WiiFit Plus Channel
Mariokart Wii Channel
Zelda Savegame Fix Channel

Update:

Updated to wiiflow 4.0.3
I didn't see this mentioned as fixed but the channels which were previously 
missing in nandflow now appear.

Yea, I've added support for them in 4.0.3 and finally reading through the issue 
list now, didnt noticed this issue :P
