Extract NAND #155

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking Extract Nand

What is the expected output? What happend instead?
The NAND should be extracted to HD.
An error shows that a valid FAT partition cannot be found. 

What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?
d2x 9, Wiiflow 4.0.5 r803, Wii OS version 4.3.

Please provide any additional information below.

The drive is formatted to FAT32, active etc. Was working previously but extract 
nand no longer works. I have re-formatted again and done a complete fresh 
install and still the same

I've just retested on nr804 and still the same, however, the error only occurs 
if you go into settings and try to extract the nand.

If you press B and go into the emulator menu and then click Virtual console and 
you havent yet extracted the nand, wiiflow then extracts the nand without any 
errors.

I noticed the same problem with a fresh install wiiflow 4.1, extract failed 
from nand flow.

I edited the .ini and changed partition from -1 to 0 in the nand settings 
section. I left nand emulation disabled and was able to extract my nand 
successfully the next time.
