problem by creating boxcover cache files

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. manualy copy the boxcovers pngs in the wiiflow/boxcovers directory
2. start wiiflow rev. 875
3. wiiflow loads the boxcovers but not creating the cachefiles in wiiflow/cache 
directory
4. every time by starting wiiflow the covers must be loaded again.

Please provide any additional information below.

- older version of wiiflow (i think it is rev. 872) dont have that problem
- the issue can by bypassed by creating the cache files with an older wiiflow 
revision and then use the new wiiflow rev. 875 dol.
