Create a system to allow multi-user support

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

I propose adding a multi-user flag in the Wiiflow.ini file.  If set to Yes at 
startup a menu would be displayed with the names of all the users.  You may be 
able to reuse the category display code to show 'n' number of user names.

If multi-user is on the settings and favorites from gameconfig1.ini for a user 
would be loaded from that named users folder when they select it at startup.

The Exit screen could have a Switch User option in addition to the normal set 
of where to quit to so they could switch users on the fly.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

For families with more than 1 kid or user of WiiFlow they would each be able to 
have a set of favorite games of their own.
