Default Gamecube Loader Option

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
An option that allows users to select either DIOS MIOS or Devolution as the 
default Gamecube loader instead of Devolution automatically being set as 
default when installed.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
If a user has a large collection of games but only wants to play a few of them 
using Devolution, they would only have to manually set the few that they want 
to use Devolution, instead of manually having to set every other game to use 
DIOS MIOS.

I have attached a patch file that adds this option to the settings menu.

we got a default way called auto if you havent noticed already...
