PositiveInteger versus non-negative int #13

Clarify the purpose of having this distinction. Only PositiveInteger (posint) is defined as a datatype in Chapter 6, sourced from XML Schema. "non-negative int" is only used in Chapter 5 to further qualify the "int" datatype.
