Datatype PanelOrientation_t versus Orientation #23

Chapter 3.4.3 (Grid Layout for Strategy Panels) introduces PanelOrientation_t but Chapter 6 (Type Definitions) contains "Orientation". What is the difference or should there only be one of them?
