Adding sudo su so it would not lag incase someone forgot to do sudo su

I did merge your request but removed the sudo su part because I don't think it's good to run every command in su. Also removed updating user's packages. It is up to user to do that. So, i essentially removed any non-bot related commands from the script to cause the least disruption. Thanks for the script!
