Silent notifications while bot is running #185

Describe the bug While bot is running I recieve notifications on my phone but they are all silent.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Setup bot
  2. get sent a message
  3. hear no notification

Expected behavior Phone should viberate or ring when getting a message

Looks to have been caused by a change in permissions. On restart and with proper permissions notification functionality returned to normal
