General tidy up of the readmes and addition of results.

Have removed dependencies from readme and redirected to the more complete build instructions in the sample readme.
Removed observations of results (as this duplicates those of the paper) and avoids maintaining in two places
Added new results and updates the sample figures displayed in the readme to use the V100 results.
