plotting_general method in FLAREr doesn't have an output_directory to save the output plot PDF file in the desired directory, ~/flare-host/shared/flare-visualize/ for instance. Therefore, the PDF plot is always get stored at the forecast_directory path, ~/flare-host/shared/flare-generate-forecast/forecast/ by default for manual mode. The problem is already resolved for the PNG plot by manually tweaking the code for FLARE-containers on GitHub.
