Currently, flare-download-noaa container and qdownloader script can by default handle the 16-day NOAA downloads called "point" method. In order to handle 35-day NOAA downloads, "grid" method, we need to modify the code and configuration file so that based on "download-method" being "point" or "grid", it uses different download links.
