Forecast Error in the Last Step #1

There is an error in the last step of running the forecasts for August 16:

I have tried skipping a day to August 17 and 18 and also running without the restart file, but none of them worked. I can run it successfully for August 15, but not August 16 nor August 17, or 18. Running for August 19 was successful, though. FYI, Catwalk data was down for a week till the day before due to power problems, but I don't think it has anything to do with this issue.

The same problem happened again for October 21 and disappeared after I manually skipped a day.
