All flows updated in the Elementary Flow List repository to v1.2.2 in this CS commit.
There is still one outstanding old flow (Water, saline / resource / water / fresh water body / lake / rural) that needs to be removed but is impacted by https://github.com/USDA-REE-ARS/nal-lca-repo-application/issues/239
